COLMI Care+

COLMI Care+ is an optional protection service for eligible COLMI Ring orders. It provides one approved accidental replacement during your 1-year warranty period for normal everyday use.

• Valid during the 1-year warranty period
• One approved accidental replacement
• Covers the eligible COLMI Ring order and included charging case
• Replacement is provided as one full ring set when approved
• Service ends after one approved replacement

COLMI Care+ can be purchased together with a COLMI Ring or added within 30 days after the original ring order. It must be linked to an eligible COLMI Ring order.

COLMI Care+ does not cover loss, theft, intentional damage, unauthorized repairs, normal cosmetic wear. For U.S. orders, customers are responsible for shipping the damaged product back to COLMI when a return is required. COLMI covers the shipping cost of the approved replacement back to the customer.
