COLMI Care+

COLMI Care+ is an optional protection service for eligible COLMI Ring orders. It provides one approved accidental replacement during your 1-year warranty period for normal everyday use.

• Valid during the 1-year warranty period
• One approved accidental replacement
• Covers the eligible COLMI Ring order and included charging case
• Replacement is provided as one full ring set when approved
• Service ends after one approved replacement

COLMI Care+ can be purchased together with a COLMI Ring or added within 30 days after the original ring order. It must be linked to an eligible COLMI Ring order.

COLMI Care+ does not cover loss, theft, intentional damage, unauthorized repairs, normal cosmetic wear, charging cables, or Ring Covers. For U.S. orders, customers are responsible for shipping the damaged product back to COLMI when a return is required. COLMI covers the shipping cost of the approved replacement back to the customer.
